Although very vital, we’re not another mental health group-we offer a different type of care, one centered on connecting with the heart and emotions that shape the experience.
We recognize that logic and emotions don’t always align; understanding something logically doesn’t immediately erase the emotional ties you have to it. We prioritize presence over performance. The need to mourn is your mind and body processing loss—whether it’s a person, a situation, or even an idea of what could have been. When we show up for each other during this stage, we foster hope.
